Orders usually ship within 1 business day of order entry. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except major holidays.
If placed order status is "In progress" or "Shipped", it may not be modified or canceled for any reason. Click here to return an item.
Once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking number to you.
Shipping rates are displayed during checkout and are based on the order weight, so you know exactly what your shipping charge is prior to placing your order. The shipping charges are not refundable.
We currently ship to the continental US only.
Please inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any damage. Errors in shipments, defective or damaged merchandise, or billing errors must be reported within 10 days of invoice date.
